BEC uses an open-door policy and the continuous improvement program, where employees are encouraged to raise questions, concerns or suggestions, and to reach out to managers, supervisors, and our human resource manager, as needed.

 

Benefits That Matter
Full-time employees have access to medical, life and disability insurance, as well as, a 401(k) plan to those with one year of employment.  This plan features a company contribution for every dollar the employee contributes.  The company also offers a vacation plan, 11 holidays per year, and an individual membership to the YMCA sports complex. 
 
At BEC, most benefits are available to full-time employees after their first six month evaluation and are extended to their eligible dependents, including children, spouses and domestic partners.
